I've been there myself. I've been overworked, overweight, and under motivated. Although I have always tried to make good efforts to lead a healthy lifestyle there have been times in which life got busy, I lost focus, and time got away from me. I allowed that to be my excuse for developing poor eating habits and being inconsistent with and even completely absent from any kind of exercise. I had family, work, school, and a long list of other things that made me "too busy" to worry about what my change in lifestyle was doing to my overall health. This affected my physical life. I lost energy. My skin and hair wasn't as clear and healthy. It even affected my mental health. I lost focus and confidence. I started getting snippy and short. I didn't feel happy. I didn't feel like I was being a good father or husband. It affected my spiritual life. I wasn't praying or spending time with God. I felt ashamed. I felt like a failure. Thankfully, God has blessed me with an incredible wife and family with four incredible sons. I took the decades of knowledge from my medical background, training/coaching background, and nutrition background and set out to improve my health, help my wife improve her health, and have us set good examples for our boys. The results above are what I achieved in 90 days using my own custom training and meal plan. Even though I'm in my 40's, I don't let that slow me down. I have more energy, more focus, and an overall happier outlook on life. I am closer to my family and closer to God! I'm not saying that things don't get tough and life doesn't get busy. I am saying that I was able to make big changes in a short time that have lasted. The passion that God put in my heart is to help you do the same!
